Truman's Water were an American noise rock band from San Diego whose chaotic, experimental approach earned them cult status among alternative rock enthusiasts. Their prolific output combined angular guitar work with unconventional song structures. Though commercially unsuccessful, Truman's Water influenced subsequent noise and experimental rock. They represented American underground rock at its most uncompromising.
