Artist: Paul Draper
Genre: Alternative Rock

Paul Draper is a British singer-songwriter and guitarist who led Mansun, one of the most ambitious bands of the Britpop era. Mansun's albums, particularly 'Attack of the Grey Lantern' and 'Six,' demonstrated progressive rock ambitions within contemporary alternative rock formats. After Mansun's dissolution, Draper pursued solo work that continued his intelligent approach to rock music. His willingness to incorporate complex arrangements and conceptual elements distinguished him from more straightforward Britpop contemporaries. Draper represented alternative rock's more ambitious, experimental possibilities.
