Voice of the Beehive were an Anglo-American pop rock band formed in London in 1986, fronted by American sisters Melissa and Tracey Bryn. Their energetic guitar pop produced hits including 'Don't Call Me Baby,' 'I Say Nothing,' and 'Monsters and Angels.' The band's combination of American influences with British indie sensibilities created an accessible, hook-laden sound. Voice of the Beehive represented the more pop-oriented end of late 1980s British indie rock. Their catchy songs earned them commercial success and critical respect.
