Transvision Vamp were a British pop rock band from Brighton fronted by vocalist Wendy James. Their hits, including 'I Want Your Love,' 'Baby I Don't Care,' and 'Landslide of Love,' combined glam rock influences with late 1980s pop production. James's striking image and provocative public statements attracted media attention. Though their commercial success was concentrated in a brief period, Transvision Vamp represented the more glamorous end of late 1980s British pop-rock.
