Artist: Play Dead
Genre: Gothic Rock
Play Dead were a British gothic rock band from Oxford who emerged in the early 1980s as part of the post-punk gothic scene. Their atmospheric sound, combining dark bass-driven music with passionate vocals, earned them a devoted following among goth enthusiasts. Though they never achieved mainstream success, Play Dead were respected within the gothic rock community for their uncompromising approach.
