Om are an American band formed by Al Cisneros and Chris Hakius after the dissolution of Sleep. Their music combines doom metal's heaviness with Middle Eastern influences, mantric repetition, and spiritual themes. Albums like 'Conference of the Birds' and 'Advaitic Songs' earned critical acclaim among fans of heavy, meditative music. Featuring the keyboard wizardry of Klaus Schulze & Manuel Göttsching on guitar this band were one of the pace settersfor the genre. The sleeve shows very little wear with just some very minor corner scuffing to betray its age & the vinyl has some very faint hairlines not affecting play - fantastic
