Albums like 'Be Good to Yourself at Least Once a Day' and '2 Ozs of Plastic with a Hole in the Middle' showcased their jamming abilities and musical adventurousness. Man were particularly popular in continental Europe and built their reputation through extensive touring. The band's Welsh identity and their commitment to extended improvisation distinguished them from more commercially oriented progressive acts. Man continued performing across decades, representing progressive rock's more spontaneous, jam-oriented tradition.
