Albums like 'Timewind,' 'Moondawn,' and 'Mirage' are considered landmarks of electronic music. Schulze's innovative use of sequencers and synthesizers expanded electronic music's vocabulary. His influence extends from Brian Eno through contemporary electronic artists. Schulze continued creating until his death in 2022, representing electronic music's commitment to constant evolution.
