Jesus Jones are a British alternative rock band formed in London in 1988, known for fusing rock with electronic and dance music elements. Their biggest hit, 'Right Here, Right Now,' captured the optimism following the fall of the Berlin Wall and became an international anthem. The song's success, along with 'Real, Real, Real' and 'International Bright Young Thing,' established them as pioneers of the indie-dance crossover. Albums 'Liquidizer' and 'Doubt' showcased their ability to combine guitar rock with sampling and electronic production. Jesus Jones anticipated the big beat movement and demonstrated that guitar bands could successfully incorporate dance music elements.
