Jeffrey Osborne is an American singer and songwriter who achieved success first as the lead vocalist of L.T.D. and subsequently as a solo artist. With L.T.D., he sang on hits including 'Back in Love Again' and 'Holding On.' His solo career produced classic R&B tracks like 'On the Wings of Love,' 'Stay with Me Tonight,' and 'You Should Be Mine (The Woo Woo Song).' Osborne's powerful, emotive voice made him one of the premier male vocalists in 1980s R&B. His ballads became staples of quiet storm radio, while his uptempo tracks demonstrated his versatility.
