Haven were a British alternative rock band from Cornwall, active in the early 2000s. The band's atmospheric rock sound, featuring soaring guitars and emotional vocals, earned them a deal with Radiate Records, the label founded by Johnny Marr. Their albums 'Between the Senses' and 'All for a Reason' received positive reviews for their expansive, melodic approach. Haven's sound drew comparisons to bands like Embrace and The Verve, fitting into the tradition of anthemic British rock. Though they never achieved mainstream breakthrough, Haven developed a loyal following through their powerful live performances. The band represented the continued vitality of British guitar rock in the post-Britpop era.
