Hall & Oates, the duo of Daryl Hall and John Oates, became the most successful duo in rock history, dominating the charts throughout the late 1970s and 1980s. Their blend of rock, R&B, and soul—often termed 'blue-eyed soul'—produced an extraordinary string of hits including 'Rich Girl,' 'Kiss on My List,' 'Private Eyes,' 'I Can't Go for That (No Can Do),' 'Maneater,' and 'Out of Touch.'
