Dave Mason is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist born in 1946, best known as a founding member of Traffic before launching a successful solo career. With Traffic, Mason contributed songs including 'Feelin' Alright' and 'Hole in My Shoe.' His solo career produced hits including 'We Just Disagree' and 'Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow.' Mason's guitar playing and songwriting combined rock, folk, and blues influences. He collaborated with numerous major artists including Jimi Hendrix, George Harrison, and Fleetwood Mac. Mason's smooth vocals and accessible songwriting made him successful in both rock and adult contemporary markets. His guitar work is respected among musicians for its melodic, tasteful approach.
