Coldcut are an English electronic music duo formed in London in 1986 by Matt Black and Jonathan More, who became pioneers of DJ culture and electronic music. Their hits included 'Doctorin' the House' (with Yazz) and 'Stop This Crazy Thing' (featuring Junior Reid). Coldcut's music combined hip-hop, house, and experimental electronic music with clever sampling and political commentary.
