Climie Fisher were a British pop duo consisting of songwriter and producer Simon Climie and former Naked Eyes member Rob Fisher. Formed in 1987, they achieved significant success in the late 1980s with sophisticated pop sound. Their biggest hit was 'Love Changes (Everything)' in 1987, which reached the UK Top 10. Other successful singles included 'Rise to the Occasion' and 'Love Like a River.' Climie Fisher's music was characterized by polished production, soulful vocals, and contemporary pop-rock arrangements. The duo represented the slick, professional pop production of the late 1980s. After two albums, the duo disbanded in 1990. Simon Climie went on to become a successful producer, working with artists including Eric Clapton, while Rob Fisher pursued other musical projects before his untimely death in 1999.
