Adult Net was a British alternative rock side project formed in 1984 by Britt Ekland of The Fall with other musicians. The band created quirky, guitar-based indie rock with a distinctive sound combining jangly guitars and unconventional song structures. Their most notable achievement was the single 'Waking Up in the Sun,' which received significant airplay. Though relatively short-lived, releasing just one album 'The Honey Tangle' in 1989, Adult Net remains a cult favorite among 1980s British indie rock fans.
