Adam Faith was an English singer, actor, and financial journalist, born Terence Nelhams-Wright in 1940. He became one of Britain's most successful pop stars in the early 1960s, known for his distinctive hiccupping vocal style and teen idol status. Faith scored numerous UK hits including 'What Do You Want?,' 'Poor Me,' and 'Someone Else's Baby.' After his pop career declined, he successfully transitioned into acting, starring in 'Budgie,' and later became a financial manager and journalist.
